You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

coba langkah ini :

edit yum config dengan memakai perintah console gedit /etc/yum.conf
tambah line command http_caching=packages

semoga berhasil

Masih Belum bisa ( sudah saya tambahkan dengan perintah vi /etc/yum.conf

Apa ada cara lain ?

Belum Ada Perkembangannya yak,

reinstall saja YUM
ambil dari repository paket bawaan server (Centos versi...).
jangan ambil 3rd party, kecuali saat upgrade
